Energy Healing exercises to help with Stress Relief

Incorporating these exercises into your daily routine may provide a comforting and grounding experience during times of stress:
- Smoky Quartz can help when you go into fight-or-flight mode. When you feel stressed, hold the Smoky Quartz in either hand. Close your eyes and take gentle breaths. As you breathe out, repeat ‘I release what I cannot control’. Do this for as long as it takes for you to feel calmer.
Or,
- Sit quietly with your eyes closed, breathing deeply. Visualise a quiet space inside you. As you focus on this peaceful place, inhale peace and exhale stress while repeating the mantra ‘I release all stress and enter my place of peace.’ Do this for as long as it takes for you to feel calmer.
Or,
- Holding Selenite, or even gazing at it, can help you to feel calmer. Combine this with Black Onyx, which absorbs negative energy, and you have a recipe for release. When you feel stressed, hold the Onyx in your giving (dominant) hand, breathing deeply and allowing it to absorb your stress. Then, hold the Selenite in your receiving (non-dominant) hand, really concentrate on looking at the stone, take deep breaths and say the mantra ‘I release my stress and enter a place of calm.’

- Sit quietly with your eyes closed whilst holding Black Tourmaline. Imagine the crystal absorbing the excess energy that is causing your stress and begin to feel secure and stable as you repeat the mantra ‘I am safe and supported’.
Or,
- Holding Rose Quartz over your heart or in your hand, sit quietly with your eyes closed and breathe deeply. With every breath out say ‘I am at peace’ and allow the soothing energy of the crystal fill you with calm.
