Returns and refunds
Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Where you buy goods online you have a legal right to return those goods if you change your mind/decide you don’t want to keep them i.e. the goods don’t have to be faulty or misdescribed. You have to let me know within 14 days of delivery that you want to return them. You will be required to pay the return postage. If you opted for the Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service then the cost of this service will be deducted from your refund.
If you cancel your purchase, you must arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us at 14 Humber Close, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 3YY. You must do this within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel.
Refunds are provided within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
Note. If you have not taken reasonable care of the goods or you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them in a way beyond what might reasonably be allowed in a shop, a deduction for diminishing the value of the goods may be made. Please return the unused goods to us with the original information sheet and an undamaged and unblemished gift box (if the item has been supplied in a gift box).
Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods up to 30 days if you simply change your mind.
If you choose to cancel, please contact us, preferably by sending an email to purposefulpeach@icloud.com stating the name of the product you are returning.
If you cancel and return the goods as described above, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original delivery charge, on the condition that you have not used the goods or otherwise handled them so that their value is reduced. If you have handled the goods so as to reduce their value, we may deduct an amount from the refund that is proportionate to this reduction. Please return the unused goods to us with the original information sheet and an undamaged and unblemished gift box (if the item has been supplied in a gift box).

You have the right to receive a refund for goods cancelled in accordance with the above terms. However, if you would prefer to receive alternative equivalent goods from us, or a credit note, please let us know and we can consider appropriate options.
If you buy goods from us, we have a legal obligation to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.
If goods are faulty, the processes and timescales above do not apply, and we will deal with the problem according to your consumer buying rights. If you think there is a problem with goods purchased from us, please contact me by email: purposefulpeach@icloud.com.
